Preparation method
Slice one banana and the strawberries, then place them in the freezer for at least 2 hours (or use pre-frozen fruit).
Place the frozen fruits into a blender along with the Greek yogurt and blend until creamy. If it's too thick, add a little milk or plant-based drink.
Pour the smoothie into bowls and garnish with the remaining fresh banana slices, physalis, raspberries, blueberries, coarsely chopped hazelnuts, pistachios, and fresh mint leaves.
Chef's tip
For an even creamier consistency, use ripe, spotty bananas for freezing.
