
Stir-fried pak choi with shiitake mushrooms

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into smaller pieces.
Wash the pak choi and cut it in half. Finely chop the garlic, ginger, and chili.
Heat sesame oil in a wok or pan, then sauté the garlic, ginger, and chili. Add the shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry for about 3 minutes, then add the chopped pak choi. Pour in the soy sauce and season with fish sauce. Add 5 tablespoons of water (or broth) and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Chef's tip
If you desire a more intense flavor, lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan before serving.
