Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Clean the vegetables. Slice the potatoes, then place them in a pot and cover with water. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
Meanwhile, dice the red onion, halve the leek and slice it into half-rings. Separate the cauliflower into florets, and dice the bell pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté the minced beef over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Add the onion, leek, bell pepper, and cauliflower, then sauté for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the crème fraîche.
Chef's tip
When serving, you can sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives for an even fresher taste experience.
