Preparation method
First, bring salted water to a boil in a large pot over medium heat. Once the water starts boiling, add the pasta and cook for 16–17 minutes over medium heat. After it's cooked, drain the pasta.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200–205 °C and prepare a large, oven-safe pan. Wash the red bell pepper, remove the core, and cut it into small cubes.
Heat the pan with rapeseed oil over medium heat. Then add the red onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and sauté together for 4–5 minutes over medium heat. After that, add the tuna, green peas, and oregano, and sauté for another 3–4 minutes. When everything is sautéed, add the spring onion, pour in the milk, boil for 2–3 minutes over medium heat, then turn off the heat.
