Preparation method

  • 300 g salmon fillet
  • 10 g ghee butter
  • 250 g potato
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch spring onion
  • 60 g mixed salad leaves
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 1 pc lemon
  • 1 pinch salt

Melt the ghee butter in a pan, then place the salted salmon fillet in it. Fry for a few minutes, then cover with a lid so that the salmon cooks evenly and remains juicy.

Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Prepare the salad: mix the mixed salad leaves and halved cherry tomatoes, then drizzle with a little olive oil.

Drizzle the cooked salmon with fresh lemon juice. Sprinkle the boiled potatoes with sliced spring onions and serve with the fresh salad.

Chef's tip

It is advisable to fry the salmon skin-side down first to make it crispy.
