Preparation of Cevapcici
Peel and finely chop the onion. In a bowl, knead the minced meat with the onion and spices (paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, savory, marjoram, pepper). Mix thoroughly, then place in the refrigerator to rest for at least 30 minutes.
After resting, form the mixture into cylinders weighing approximately 70-80 grams each (about 9 pieces in total).
Heat a non-stick pan and fry the meat rolls over medium heat until golden brown on all sides (approx. 8 minutes).
