Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 200-205 °C. Prepare a baking tray of at least 30 cm × 30 cm and line it with baking paper.
Prepare the salmon fillets: wash them, pat them dry, then brush with rapeseed oil. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little honey, and place them on the prepared baking tray. Bake in the oven for 10-11 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: place the peeled garlic in a tall blender jar. Add the parsley, dill, grated lemon zest and lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, dried oregano, and 50 ml of water. Blend everything until smooth with an immersion blender, then let the sauce stand at room temperature.
