- 40 g chives
- 4 pcs eggs
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Wash the chives, then cut them into small pieces.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Whisk the mixture thoroughly with a hand whisk.
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly with circular motions. As the edges of the omelette begin to cook, carefully flip it and cook until the center is set.
