Finely chop the red onion, slice the garlic. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thicker slices.
Cooking
Heat a little oil in a pan, then sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the mushrooms and continue to fry for about 3-5 minutes until they shrink. Then add the minced beef and break it into small pieces with a wooden spoon. Fry for 5-10 minutes until the meat juices evaporate.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and mustard, fry for one minute, then pour in the beef broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook covered over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
