Preparation method
Heat the olive oil in a large pot, then add the crushed garlic. Sauté briefly until fragrant.
Add the minced beef and brown until it turns white. Once the meat is cooked through, stir in the tomato paste and sauté together for another 1-2 minutes.
Pour in the canned chopped tomatoes and beef broth. Cook covered for 5 minutes.
Chef's tip
When cooking the pasta, make sure the sauce doesn't dry out too much; if necessary, add a little water or broth.
