Preparation method
First, chop the toast bread into small pieces (you can use a food processor), place it in a large bowl, pour the cream over it, and let it soak. Finely chop the medium onion and crush the garlic. Add the onion and garlic to the bowl along with the meat, Parmesan, basil, oregano, and parsley.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Thoroughly knead the mixture in the bowl by hand, season with salt and pepper, then form 20–25 meatballs. Place the meatballs on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 200–210 °C.
