Preparation method

In a bowl, mix the yeast with 250 ml of lukewarm water, then pour into the bowl of a food processor. Add the flour and soft butter, then knead on medium speed for about 8 minutes until a smooth dough is formed.

On a floured surface, form the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Divide the rested dough into 4 equal parts.

Preheat the oven or grill to the highest possible temperature.
