Cut the hamburger bun in half and toast the cut sides in a dry pan until golden brown.
Mix the ground turkey with salt and pepper, then divide into two portions. Form them into balls, then flatten them into patties. Press a small indentation into the center of each to ensure even cooking. In a pan with a little hot oil, cook both sides of the patties for about 5-6 minutes until fully cooked through.
While the meat is cooking, prepare the monster's accessories: cut small triangles from one side of the cheese slice to create zigzag 'teeth'. Cut the bell pepper into strips, and halve the olives.
