Preparation method
Peel the potatoes and onion, then slice them as thinly as possible.
In a large pan, about 25 cm in diameter, heat 100 ml of sunflower oil over medium heat. Add the potato and onion slices and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low-medium and cook, stirring constantly, for another 13-15 minutes, until all pieces are golden brown.
Chef's tip
The tortilla can also be served with a fresh salad or a little garlic sour cream.
