- 2 whole sea bream
- 1 pc lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Take the fish out of the refrigerator an hour before cooking to bring them to room temperature.
Clean the sea bream, then make a few shallow cuts on their skin. Peel and crush the garlic, then mix it with the olive oil. Season the fish inside and out with salt and pepper, then brush them with the garlic oil, making sure it gets into the cuts.
Heat the grill and place the fish on the grate. Grill them for about 8 minutes per side, until the flesh is tender and the skin is crispy. Serve with fresh lemon slices.
Chef's tip
Do not move the fish too often on the grill; wait until the skin easily separates from the grate to prevent sticking.
