Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare an approximately 20 cm × 25 cm baking dish.
Measure the oats into a large bowl. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat (approx. 2-3 minutes), then pour it over the oats. Add the honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon, then mix the mixture thoroughly.
Spread the frozen blueberries into the bottom of the baking dish, add the cornstarch, and toss to combine. Then, evenly spread the oat mixture over the top to completely cover the fruit.
Chef's tip
When serving, you can also garnish with fresh blueberries or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
