Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare a 12-portion muffin tin and line it with paper liners or cut baking paper to fit.
Core the apples and grate them coarsely, and grate the carrots finely. Place both in a medium bowl. Mash the banana with a fork and add it to the bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients: oats, ground almonds, apple puree, and baking powder. Mix the batter thoroughly.
