Preheat the oven to 150°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a clean, dry bowl, start whisking the egg whites. When foamy, gradually add the sugar and whisk until stiff and glossy. Finally, gently fold in the starch, vinegar, and vanilla extract.

Draw a circle on the baking paper (for example, using a plate), then flip the paper so the drawing is underneath but still visible.
