Preparation method
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, shredded coconut, finely ground almonds, and honey. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up properly.
Form small balls from the chilled mixture with your hands. Hide a whole almond in the center of each ball, then roll them in the remaining shredded coconut.
Place the finished balls in the refrigerator for at least another 5 minutes before serving.
Chef's tip
If the cottage cheese is too watery, it's worth pressing out the excess moisture through a sieve for a better consistency.
