Preparation method
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk using a hand whisk, add the melted butter and salt, then gradually mix in the flour until you get a smooth batter. Let it rest for at least an hour.
Lightly grease a non-stick pan with cooking oil or butter and heat it over medium flame. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan with a ladle and spread it evenly in a circular motion. Cook both sides of the pancakes until golden brown.
Place the finished pancakes on a plate, spread with jam, roll them up, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
