
Ball Ice Cream for Children's Day

Preparation method
Ingredients overview
- 600 g Greek yogurt
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g frozen mango
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie. Mix it with half of the Greek yogurt and sweeten with 2 tablespoons of honey. Blend the mango with the other half of the yogurt. Add the remaining 4 tablespoons of honey (or more to taste) and the coconut oil. Mix both mixtures thoroughly. The mixtures should be slightly frozen to be easy to work with.
Now comes shaping the balls. Fill a piping bag first with one mixture, then with the other. Use the smallest possible piping nozzle. Place baking paper on a tray or cutting board (that fits into the freezer) and pipe small balls onto it. If you want a perfect shape, press down any small peaks that form on top of the balls with a toothpick. Then place them in the freezer overnight.
