Ingredients
- 250 g rolled oats
- 200 g carrots
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 10 g walnuts
- 10 g sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- 1Cook the carrots until soft, then purée them with an immersion blender.
- 2In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the rolled oats, seeds, peanut butter, soy sauce, and spices with the carrot purée.
- 3Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20-30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. It's worth stirring it once or twice during baking.
Serving Suggestion
- 1Serve with cottage cheese or lightly salted cottage cheese, for example. It's also an excellent topping for cream soups or salads!
