Ingredients

  • 250 g rolled oats
  • 200 g carrots
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 10 g walnuts
  • 10 g sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

    Cook the carrots until soft, then purée them with an immersion blender.

    In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the rolled oats, seeds, peanut butter, soy sauce, and spices with the carrot purée.

    Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20-30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. It's worth stirring it once or twice during baking.

Serving Suggestion

    Serve with cottage cheese or lightly salted cottage cheese, for example. It's also an excellent topping for cream soups or salads!
