  • 1 medium banana (approx. 150 g)
  • 300 g frozen forest fruit mix
  • 50 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 4 large strawberries (approx. 80 g)
  • 2 tablespoons oat flakes
  • 30 g fresh blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

Preparation

    Peel the banana, cut it into smaller pieces, and place it in the blender. Add the frozen forest fruits and milk, then blend until creamy and smooth.

    Divide the blended mixture into two bowls. Slice the strawberries thinly, then garnish both portions with strawberry slices, oat flakes, fresh blueberries, and chia seeds.

    Serve the prepared smoothie bowls immediately to maintain their freshness and cool consistency.
Tip
If you prefer it sweeter, add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup when blending.
