Preparation method
In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey. Stir thoroughly to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed in the yogurt.
Peel the mango, remove the pit, then cut the flesh into small cubes or slices. If you prefer a creamier texture, you can blend the mango into a purée.
Divide the yogurt mixture into glasses, add the mango, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or even overnight) so that the chia seeds can absorb the liquid and soften.
Chef's tip
Chia seeds need time to hydrate, so for the best results, prepare the dessert the night before.
