INGREDIENTS FOR THE BATTER
- 100 g whole wheat flour
- 20 ml olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml kefir
- Vanilla seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Oil for greasing the mold

PREPARATION
- 1Mix all the batter ingredients with a whisk.
- 2Turn on the waffle maker and let it heat up. Once heated, grease the cooking surface. Pour in a portion of the batter and cook for three to three and a half minutes. You can test the cooking time with the first waffle. Do not open the waffle maker during cooking to prevent the waffle from tearing or shrinking.
- 3Serve with fruits, cottage cheese or yogurt, or drizzle with maple syrup.
