Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Lightly grease a baking tray with a little oil.
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: oat flakes, almonds, seeds, sugar, salt, and spices (ginger and cinnamon). Set aside the dried blueberries; add them only at the end of baking.
Add the apple puree, honey, and the remaining oil. Mix thoroughly with a large spoon or wooden spoon until the wet ingredients coat all the dry ones. It's worth pressing against the side of the bowl while mixing to ensure it combines well.
Chef's tip
You can serve the granola with Greek yogurt and fresh fruits for a perfect breakfast.
