Preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare a 12-cup silicone muffin tin.

Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Also wash the bell pepper and dice it finely. Peel the garlic and grate it finely.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, bell pepper, grated garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and the 6 eggs. Season with salt and pepper, then mix thoroughly with a whisk.

The muffins can also be enriched with grated cheese or finely chopped ham for an even more satisfying result.
