Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare a baking dish of approx. 10 cm × 15 cm and line it with baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix the spelt flour with the oatmeal and baking powder. Add the milk, yogurt, 2 eggs, honey, and 2 tablespoons of oil, then mix everything into a smooth batter. Finally, gently fold in the frozen blueberries and pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake at 175–180 °C for approximately 40–45 minutes.
