- 100 g oatmeal
- 30 g whey protein powder
- 200 ml milk
- 50 g strawberries
- 50 g raspberries
- 50 g blueberries
- 10 g pistachios
- 1 handful fresh mint
Pour 100 g of oatmeal into a small saucepan, add 200 ml of milk and 200 ml of water. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the porridge thickens. This only takes a few minutes. When ready, remove from heat.
In a glass or shaker, mix 30 g of whey protein powder with 100 ml of water. Pour the protein mixture into the oatmeal and mix thoroughly. You can adjust the consistency of the porridge to your liking: if you find it too thick, add a little more milk or water.
Divide the prepared porridge into bowls. Garnish the top with 50 g of fresh strawberries, 50 g of raspberries, and 50 g of blueberries. Sprinkle with 10 g of coarsely chopped pistachios, and finally, decorate with fresh mint leaves.
Chef's tip
If you want a vegan version, use your favorite plant-based milk and plant-based protein powder.
You can vary the fruits according to the season; in winter, it's also delicious with frozen berries.
