- 1 handful of kale
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- 150 g mango
- 150 g pineapple
- 5 cm ginger
- 2 pcs kiwi
Wash the kale and spinach thoroughly. Remove the tougher stems from the kale, then cut both greens into smaller pieces.
Peel the mango, kiwi, and ginger. Cut them into pieces depending on the size of your blender – for larger blenders, halving the fruits is enough, and cut the ginger into a few smaller slices.
Place the greens, fruits, ginger, and 250 ml of water into the blender. Blend until the smoothie is completely creamy and lump-free. If you don't have a stand blender, you can also use an immersion blender, although this might take a bit longer.
Chef's tip
If you don't like kale, you can easily substitute it with the same amount of spinach.
