Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, lightly crushed hazelnuts, shredded coconut, and cocoa powder. Melt the coconut oil until liquid, mix it with 4 tablespoons of agave syrup, then pour it over the dry ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly. Spread it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Clean the rhubarb, peel off its fibrous outer skin, then cut it into pieces about 5 cm long. Sprinkle with cane sugar and place it on the edge of the baking sheet next to the granola. Bake together for 60 minutes, stirring the granola occasionally.
While the granola is baking, mix the sour cream with the cottage cheese and 4 tablespoons of agave syrup.
