Cut the peaches into wedges. Sear them in a hot pan with a little oil until they get a nice golden brown color.

Toast the bread slices in a toaster or in a pan with a little oil until they are crispy.

Place the creamy burrata cheese on the toasts, scatter a little arugula on top, then arrange the grilled peach wedges and fresh basil leaves.

Chef's tip

You can also prepare the peaches on a grill for an even smokier flavor.

Use a high-quality, thick balsamic glaze (glaze) so it doesn't make the bread soggy.
