Instead of Black Friday, we have Green Friday, because we don't believe that buying a bunch of discounted items you don't really need will make you truly happy. Save time with us, order essential groceries to your doorstep, and instead of shopping frenzy, go outside and recharge in nature! We also strive to pay special attention to this, as environmental protection is not just a catchy cliché for us. From now on, you can choose whether you want your order in a recyclable paper bag or an eco-bag made from recycled PET bottles. You could already return the paper bags to the courier to be made into new ones, but we are striving for even more sustainable solutions. The returnable eco-bag has 80% lower environmental impact, and we provide it at no extra charge, only asking for a deposit.

How does the eco-bag system work?

If you decide to choose the reusable bag, we do not charge an additional fee, only a deposit, which is a one-time service fee of 3500 HUF. From then on, you can use this recycling system indefinitely, and if you decide to return to the paper bag solution, we will fully refund the deposit to you.

How can you pay for the service?

The eco-bag can be used free of charge and automatically by Kifli Xtra members.

If you are not an Xtra member, simply select the reusable bag option under the Pack it up menu at Checkout.

The system will charge a deposit fee of 3500 HUF, which will appear on your purchase invoice. Thereafter, all your orders will arrive in a reusable bag.

Of course, you can still request your order in a paper bag afterwards, simply select the Paper Bag option at Checkout.

For your next order, return the bags to our courier, who will immediately record it in their application.

You can cancel the service at any time through our customer service. You can request a refund of the deposit fee if you do not have 20 or more bags for more than 1 month, and you have returned all reusable bags, so the number of bags you have is 0.
