They are durable, washable, and knock on your door an average of 25 times. Your only job? Next time, simply return them to the courier so they can continue their journey to the next kitchen.</div>

<div>Are the bags clean? 
Yes. Every single bag undergoes professional disinfection and certified cleaning. They are completely safe, even for sensitive food items. 
 
How much is the deposit for the reusable bags? 
You only pay a one-time deposit of 3,500 HUF the first time. 
 
Do I also have to pay a deposit as an Xtra member? 
No. With an Xtra membership, we do not charge a deposit for reusable bags. Enjoy the convenience of Xtra along with all the other benefits and discounts! 
 
How do I get my deposit back? 
Just drop us a quick message in the chat. The deposit will be immediately credited to your account as credits or refunded to your card. 
 
I paid a deposit, but still received paper bags? 
This can happen if the warehouse is particularly busy. In this case, we naturally do not charge for the paper bags. 
 
Where can I see how many bags I have? 
You will find all important information in your profile. Click on the "Reusable bags" menu item in the top right corner: <a href="https://www.kifli.hu/profil">https://www.kifli.hu/profil</a> 
 
How many reusable bags can I have at home? 
You can have up to 20 bags at a time (and up to 25 as an Xtra member). If you accumulate more bags than that, your next orders will automatically be delivered in paper bags. 
 
The courier took the bags, but the status has not changed. 
No worries! If the status does not update within 24 hours, you can easily correct it yourself in your account settings. 
 
What are the bags made of? 
The body of the bags is made from 100% recycled plastic (rPET) – from PET materials, such as bottles and other packaging. 
 
Is the environmental impact of reusable bags smaller than that of paper bags? 
Yes. According to a 2026 study by LCA Studio, s.r.o., the total environmental impact of reusable bags throughout their lifecycle is 60% lower than that of paper bags* – including transport. Among other things, the study examined the carbon footprint, ozone depletion, energy consumption, and land and water use according to the ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 standards. 
 
Can I return paper bags as well?

Can I return bags without placing a new order? 
Currently, returns are only possible upon delivery so that we do not have to make an extra trip just for the bags. 
 
Is a reusable bag financially more worthwhile than paper? 
Absolutely. You only pay the 3,500 HUF deposit once, right at the start. In the long run, this is much cheaper than the continuous cost of paper bags. 
 
What happens to worn-out bags? 
Worn-out or damaged bags that can no longer be used are sent for recycling. On average, a bag lasts for 25 shopping trips, some even more. Their material is free of unnecessary additives, making them perfectly suited for reprocessing.</div>
