Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 200–205 °C. Prepare an oven-safe skillet with a diameter of at least 27 cm.
Peel the red onion and cut it into thin strips. Core the bell pepper and also slice it thinly. Cut the chicken ham into thin strips. Peel the potato and grate it coarsely. Crumble the cream cheese into small pieces.
Heat the olive oil in the skillet over medium heat. Add the bell pepper, ham, onion, and grated potato. Sauté together for 4–5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the baby spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
Chef's tip
When serving, you can sprinkle with fresh chives or parsley for an even fresher taste.
