- 100 g oats
- 300 ml milk
- 360 g apple
- 150 g lemon
- 75 g honey
- 300 g Greek yogurt
- 30 g sliced almonds
- 30 g raisins
The evening before preparation, mix the oats with the milk in a bowl, then cover and refrigerate overnight. By morning, the oats will have swollen, become silky soft, and absorbed most of the liquid.
In the morning, quarter the apples, remove the core, and coarsely grate them with the skin on. Immediately drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice to prevent browning. Sweeten with honey depending on the apple's natural sweetness.
Add the soaked oats (along with any remaining milk) and Greek yogurt to the flavored apple. Divide into bowls, then sprinkle with sliced almonds and raisins. Serve immediately.
Chef's tip
You can substitute Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt, and milk with apple juice or orange juice if you desire a fresher flavor. Feel free to add walnuts or hazelnuts alongside the almonds.
