- 1 pc beetroot
- 2 pcs carrot
- 5 cm ginger
- 1 pc apple
- juice of 1/2 pc orange
- juice of 1 pc lime
Peel the beetroot, carrots, apple, and ginger, then cut them into smaller pieces depending on the size of your blender. For a more powerful stand blender, it's enough to halve the vegetables and fruits, and cut the ginger into a few smaller pieces.
Squeeze the lime and half an orange into the blender, then add the rest of the prepared ingredients. Blend until the smoothie is completely smooth. If you don't have a stand blender, you can use an immersion blender – this will take a little longer, but you can achieve the same result.
Chef's tip
If you crave a cooler drink, add a few ice cubes before blending.
