- 1 pc banana
- 100 ml kefir
- 100 g oatmeal
- 2 pcs dates
- 2 g matcha powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil 1
Place all ingredients into a blender (set aside a small amount of banana for garnish) and blend until smooth.
Heat a frying pan and add coconut oil. Don't skimp on it, so the pancakes come out easily. If you don't have coconut oil, you can use any cooking oil you have at home.
Cook the pancakes on both sides for about 2-2 minutes until golden brown. When serving, garnish with the reserved banana slices, a little kefir, and sprinkle with matcha powder.
Chef's tip
You can also serve the pancakes with fresh berries or a little honey for an even sweeter taste.
