
Sourdough bread with avocado, feta, and arugula

Preparation method
Toast the slice of bread in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown and crispy.
Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, chopped chives, and half of the Parmesan in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then spread evenly over the toasted bread.
Place the sliced avocado, fresh baby spinach leaves, arugula, and crumbled feta cheese on top of the cream. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them on top.
Chef's tip
Use ripe avocado for a creamier texture. If the avocado is still hard, place it in a paper bag with an apple for a day.
