Carefully crack the eggs into a small bowl, making sure the yolks remain intact.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Place the bacon slices in it, sprinkle with a little pepper, and cook for about 1 minute until the fat renders.
Reduce the heat to low, then carefully pour the eggs over the bacon. Cook for another 5 minutes, or until the whites are completely set but the yolks remain runny.
