GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE KIFLICSKE CLUB

These General Terms and Conditions of the Kiflicske Club contain the terms of participation in the Kiflicske Club provided by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. (company registration number: 01-09-339560, registered with the Company Registry of the Metropolitan Court; registered office: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45; tax number: 26693075-2-44) (“Kifli.hu”).

The Kiflicske Club (“Club”) is a loyalty program available to already registered Kifli.hu customers. The program is open to expectant parents as well as parents of children aged below 12 years.

The benefits of the Club are available to customers registered in the Club (“Club Members”). Registration is voluntary and free of charge.

During registration, the following information must be provided: the child’s first name, gender, and date of birth. Expectant parents must provide the expected date of birth of the child and, if known, the gender. When the registered child(ren) reach the age of 12, the Club membership linked to that account will automatically terminate.

BENEFITS

1. Always-available benefits

  • Free delivery every day between 10:00 and 16:00 for Club Members (for one-hour time-slots).
  • Exclusive discounts and products available only to Club Members.

2. Extra benefits

If, within a calendar month, the Club Member makes a purchase of over HUF 25,000 during their first or second order (excluding products sold only to persons over 18, delivery fees, courier tips, credits used for purchases, refundable packaging, and reusable (eco) bag deposits), the customer becomes entitled to extra club benefits (“Extra Benefits”) for a period of 14 days.

The Extra Benefits include:

  • 10% discount on private label products such as Miil, Dacello, Moddia, Kitchin Pauu, Lambini, Ubomi, Yutto, Pappudia,
  • 10% discount on organic products marked as BIO in the e-shop,
  • free delivery in 15-minute time slots every day between 10:00 and 16:00, where the 15-minute time-slot service is available in the delivery area (see here).

The Extra Benefits are valid for 14 days from the start date of eligibility and expire automatically at the end of that period.

3. Data processing

4. Miscellaneous provisions

For matters not regulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Kiflicske Club, our General Terms and Conditions shall apply. The full text of the General Terms and Conditions can be found here.

Club membership may be terminated at any time, without justification or notice, under the “My Account” – Kiflicske Club menu. Upon closing the account, all acquired discounts and other benefits are irrevocably lost and cannot be reinstated or transferred.

Kifli.hu reserves the right to terminate the Kiflicske Club at any time without justification.

The General Terms and Conditions of the Kiflicske Club shall take effect on 14 November 2025.
