Ingredients for the pancakes
- 240 g fine oatmeal
- 3 pcs ripe banana
- 6 pcs egg
- 30 g butter
- 1 tbsp vegetable cooking oil
For serving
- 150 g fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 150 g plain yogurt
- 30 ml maple syrup
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 3-4 pcs mint leaf
Preparation
- 1Mash the bananas thoroughly with a fork in a bowl. Add the oatmeal, eggs, and room-temperature butter, then mix everything into a smooth batter.
- 2Lightly grease a pan with cooking oil. Spoon the batter into the pan, forming pancakes approximately 8–10 cm in diameter, and cook both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
- 3Serve the finished pancakes with fresh berries and plain yogurt. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar to taste. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
