- 4 pcs carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 pcs medium apples
- 100 g ginger
- 150 g sea buckthorn pulp
Preparation
Cut the apples into quarters and remove their cores. Cut the carrots and celery stalks into smaller pieces. Peel the ginger, then also chop it up.
Gradually juice all ingredients using a juicer. Pour the finished drink into a bottle and store it in the refrigerator, where it will last for 2-3 days. Alternatively, you can freeze it in smaller bottles to preserve its freshness even longer. Allow it to thaw in the refrigerator before consumption.
Serving
Every morning, drink a small glass (shot) before breakfast for a morning energy boost. This immune-boosting drink is not too spicy, so children will also enjoy it.
Chef's tip
If you desire a more distinctive and stronger flavor, you can mix a teaspoon of cayenne pepper into the finished drink, or blend in a little chili pepper.
