  • 4 pcs wheat tortilla
  • 100 g peanut butter
  • 2 pcs banana
  • 250 g fresh raspberries
  • 20 pcs biscuits

    Crush the biscuits (you can use a food processor or crush them with a rolling pin in a plastic bag). Slice the banana.

    Place the tortilla on a cutting board, cut it from the center to the edge, as if quartering it.

    Mentally divide the tortilla into 4 parts (half it, then half it again). Each quarter will have a different ingredient.

    Spread peanut butter on the first quarter, place the sliced banana on the next, sprinkle the third part with crushed biscuits, and the fourth with fresh raspberries.

    Then start folding it. First, fold the peanut butter part over the banana part, and so on with the next ones.

    Toast the folded tortilla in a pan or contact grill.
