Preparation method

Preparing the crumble

For the crumble, mix 150 g butter, 150 g fine flour, and 150 g granulated sugar, then crumble by hand until a crumbly texture is achieved.

Assembling and baking the závin

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Peel the rhubarb and cut it into approx. 2 cm pieces. Wash the strawberries, dry them, remove the stems, and cut them into quarters.

Chef's tip

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or freshly whipped cream for an even more special experience.
