- 2 pcs ripe banana
- 250 g mascarpone
- 50 g soft butter
- 40 g cane sugar
- 20 ml lime juice
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 45 ml dark rum
- 3 g ground cinnamon
Steps
- 1Mix the mascarpone with the powdered sugar and rum, then place it in the refrigerator.
- 2Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 3Mix the lime juice with the cane sugar, and the butter with the cinnamon. Peel a banana, cut it into pieces, and mix it with the sugary lime juice.
- 4Place the banana in a dish, then pour the sugary lime juice over it and spread with the cinnamon butter. Cover the dish and place it in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cut the cooked banana into smaller pieces and mix it with the remaining lime juice in the pan.
