- 100 g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
- 150 g Greek yogurt or skyr
Take a cup of plain Greek yogurt or skyr. If the cup is completely full, remove 1-2 tablespoons so that the yogurt does not overflow when inserting the biscuits.
Insert as many Lotus Biscoff biscuits vertically into the yogurt as possible. Leave only minimal space between the biscuits. The more biscuits you add, the more intense the caramel flavor will be, and the dessert's texture will become denser.
Close the cup with its lid (or cover with foil) and place it in the refrigerator to rest overnight, or for at least 4 hours. The next day, you can serve it as a quick breakfast or dessert.
