Preparation method
In the bowl of a food processor, add the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and cold butter pieces. Pulse a few times until the mixture is crumbly.
Pour in half of the milk and continue mixing until the dough forms a ball. If necessary, add a little more milk, drop by drop, until the dough is pliable but not sticky. You may not need to use all of the milk.
Use a mini muffin tin (24-cup). Using a small ice cream or cookie scoop, measure out 1 tablespoon of dough into each well. Press it in evenly so that the dough covers both the bottom and sides.
