INGREDIENTS
- 150 g ladyfingers
- 400 g mascarpone
- 130 g cream (min. 30%)
- 130 g powdered sugar
- 150 ml strong coffee (espresso)
- 100 ml Amaretto liqueur
- cocoa for sprinkling
PREPARATION
- 1Whip the cream until stiff.
- 2Using a stand mixer, combine the mascarpone with the powdered sugar. Gently fold in the whipped cream by hand.
- 3Line the bottom of the dish with half of the soaked ladyfingers, spread half of the whipped mascarpone mixture over them, then add the other half of the ladyfingers, and finally the remaining cream.
- 4Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle the top with cocoa powder.
Tip
You will need a 17x20 cm dish. Tiramisu can also be prepared in smaller portions as a cup dessert; for this, you will need glasses, smaller bowls, or containers. You can also pipe some of the cream from a piping bag to decorate your dessert.
