- 1Take a cup of plain yogurt. If the cup is completely full, remove 1-2 tablespoons so that it doesn't overflow when inserting the biscuits.
- 2Insert as many biscuits vertically into the yogurt as can fit. Leave only minimal space between the biscuits. The more biscuits you add, the more intense the caramel flavor will be, and the thicker the dessert's consistency.
- 3Close the cup with its lid (or cover with foil) and place it in the refrigerator to rest overnight, or for at least 4 hours. The next day, you can serve it as a quick breakfast or dessert.
