Preparation method
Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl, then melt it slowly over simmering water.
Let the melted chocolate cool for 5 minutes!
Cut the avocados, remove the pits, then scoop their flesh into a food processor with a blade attachment! Add the milk, dates, applesauce, maple syrup, and melted chocolate! Using the food processor, cream the ingredients for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is perfectly smooth!
Chef's tip
You can use plant-based milk, and instead of (or in addition to) chopped nuts, you can also serve it with fresh berries.
