- 100 g Lindt EXCELLENCE chocolate, chopped
- 2 pcs ripe, medium-sized avocados
- 175 ml room temperature milk or plant-based milk
- 6 pcs pitted dates
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 125 g unsweetened applesauce
INGREDIENTS FOR GARNISH
- Chopped hazelnuts
- 4 squares Lindt EXCELLENCE dark chocolate

PREPARATION
- 1Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl, then melt it slowly over simmering water.
- 2Let the melted chocolate cool for 5 minutes!
- 3Cut the avocados, remove the pits, then scoop their flesh into a food processor with a blade attachment! Add the milk, dates, applesauce, maple syrup, and melted chocolate! Using the food processor, cream the ingredients for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is perfectly smooth!
- 4Spoon the resulting cream into 4 medium-sized bowls or glasses, sprinkle with nuts, garnish with 1-1 square of 70% Lindt EXCELLENCE chocolate, then serve immediately!
Tip
You can use plant-based milk, and instead of (or in addition to) chopped nuts, you can also serve it with fresh berries.
